Downloads and Creator tips
If you subscribe to download a resource, we save your email, consent date and requested resource in our private Creator tips list. We do not create a management application. You can unsubscribe at any time; we keep that choice to prevent accidental enrollment. We use Cloudflare Turnstile and a protected identifier derived from your IP address to limit spam. We remove old counters at the next cleanup after 24 hours.
What we collect
When you submit a model or agency partner application, we collect the contact, professional, business, social-profile, availability, preference information, and application photos. Creator applications require one current face photo and allow a second optional photo. We also keep basic source data, such as the page or campaign that led to the application. We do not ask for passwords, government identification, payment information, or intimate files in the initial application.
Unfinished creator applications
As you type, we save creator-form text fields in your browser for up to 30 days. After you enter a valid email and an age of 18 or older and pass the security check, we also store those fields in FONCÉ’s private application system for staff review. This includes contact details, public profiles, revenue range and goals. We exclude photos and the final submission-consent choice. We delete server drafts after 30 days; expired browser drafts are removed when you return. Use “Clear & stop saving” to remove a draft before then. Submitted applications follow the retention periods below. We do not send unfinished-application reminders or share draft answers with Google Analytics or Google Ads.
Incomplete agency applications
We also save agency-form answers for up to 30 days in your browser. After you enter a valid contact email and pass the security check, we save them in FONCÉ’s private system for staff review. These drafts may include agency and contact details, website, creator count, monthly revenue, Telegram, CRM, service and coverage needs, goals and referral source. We do not save your final partnership-consent choice. You can clear your draft and stop saving using the form control. The same 30-day deletion, no-reminder and analytics exclusions described above apply.
Why we use it
We use application information to assess fit, contact applicants, prevent abuse, and improve our recruiting process. Website analytics, when enabled, help us understand aggregate site use and campaign performance.
How we handle it
Application records are restricted to authorized FONCÉ personnel and service providers that support the site. New, reviewing, and contacted applications are scheduled for review after 180 days; qualified applications after 365 days; and declined or archived applications after 90 days. A documented legal or security hold may extend that period. Active relationship records move to a separate system rather than remaining in the application queue.
Website analytics
Google Analytics measures website use and campaign performance. U.S. visitors can opt out of analytics; elsewhere analytics starts only with permission. Ad measurement requires a separate choice and may send ad-click identifiers and completion events to Google. Advertising personalization stays off. We never send application answers, contact details, handles, or application references to Analytics or Google Ads. Change your choice with “Cookie choices” in the footer. Microsoft Clarity provides heatmaps and session replays of public pages when analytics is enabled. On the creator application page, we record navigation and step progress while masking answers, review details and photos. We stop recording before confirmation and booking details appear. Agency applications, contact forms and private pages remain excluded. For submitted applications, we also retain the public entry page and up to 20 page visits from the preceding 30-minute visit in FONCÉ App. SEO reports contain page-level totals.
Language preferences
We use your browser’s preferred languages to suggest Spanish or Portuguese. If none matches a language we offer, we use Cloudflare’s country code as a fallback. We do not request your device’s precise location. After you choose a language, we save a language cookie for up to one year. Turning off the setting below removes that cookie and stops us saving future language choices. A separate cookie remembers your opt-out for up to one year. We use these cookies for language settings, separate from analytics and advertising.
Turning this off forgets your saved language. You can still switch languages using the site menu.

Discovery calls and creator tips
We use your answers to choose your next step. If you choose a call, we share your name, email and phone number with Cal.com to schedule it. If you choose text, we save your preference and number with your application. We send creator tips and updates by email only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe; we keep a record of that choice to prevent accidental enrollment.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete application information, or withdraw permission for us to contact you, by emailing info@fonceagency.com. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.
Age and international use
Model applications are for adults aged 18 or older. Agency applicants must be adults authorized to submit the business information provided. FONCÉ is based in Florida and works internationally, so submitted information may be processed in the United States.
