Using this site

You may use this website for lawful personal or business inquiry purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, evade security, submit false information, or misuse another person's identity or content.

Applications

Model applicants must be at least 18. Agency applicants must be adults authorized to submit the business information provided. Submitting an application does not create an agency, employment, partnership, fiduciary, or other contractual relationship, and it does not guarantee acceptance, earnings, audience growth, or any other result.

Your submissions

You confirm that information and links you submit are accurate and that you have the right to share them for evaluation. You retain ownership of your work. An application gives FONCÉ permission only to review the submitted information and contact you about it.

Site materials

The FONCÉ name, visual identity, site design, copy, and other agency materials may not be copied or used without permission, except where law expressly allows it.

Availability and liability

We may update or suspend parts of the site. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the site is provided as available without implied warranties, and FONCÉ is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from site use.
