Ava Stone came to FONCÉ with an audience on Instagram and a library of content. Our first plan was to post more often. Finding enough time to film and edit something new each day proved harder than expected.

Our editors went back through footage she already had. The OnlyFans team reviewed her premium videos and the prices fans were paying. We began publishing more often and revising the offers fans saw on her page.

Her earnings grew over the following months, with a setback in May. Some videos flopped, and some long-standing fans resisted higher prices. Ava kept creating while we adjusted the editing and offers around her.

Making more of the footage Ava already had

Ava had around 50,000 followers on her main Instagram when we started managing her in April 2026. During the previous quarter, she had averaged about 12 Reels a month. We wanted to move toward posting each day, which meant finding a production schedule she and the editors could keep up with.

At first, we depended on new filming sessions. Ava needed time to shoot, then our editors needed the footage before they could prepare a post. Coordinating that every day left gaps in the schedule.

Within the first month, the editors began recutting and repackaging older videos into new posts. We could prepare material between shoots and make better use of a library that already reflected Ava's personality.

She continued filming. Reusing footage gave her more breathing room between sessions, while the editors took on more of the responsibility for keeping her social accounts active.

Finding the Reels people responded to

Instagram and Facebook became our strongest channels. We focused on relatable situations and personality-led Reels. Ava brought her own character to those concepts instead of copying another creator's performance.

We tried ideas that went nowhere. After a weak post, the marketing team reviewed the opening and the pace of the edit. We changed hooks and calls to action as we learned which approaches got a response, and kept publishing through the quieter stretches.

The team saw increases in reach, profile visits and link clicks as the schedule became more consistent. Later, we adapted content for X's formats and requirements too. More people were finding Ava's page and her paid content.

Raising prices meant upsetting some fans

Inside OnlyFans, the team found premium videos selling for around $10 to $15. After reviewing the content, we believed Ava could charge more for those offers. We began selling comparable premium material at $100 or more.

Existing fans noticed. They knew the old prices, and we lost sales during the transition. Raising prices in stages helped ease the change for that group. After a few weeks, the transition became smoother, although some long-standing fans remained unhappy. New fans saw the revised offers from the start.

The OnlyFans team considers repricing its clearest improvement. It also gave us a reason to look harder at the content available to sell. Ava's library contained plenty of short clips, so the team prepared planners for longer videos and more developed sets, drawing on formats it had used on other accounts.

Ava filmed new material from those plans. Her page offered a wider range of paid content, including pay-per-view videos, or PPV, that fans pay to unlock. The team reports multiple individual PPV sales at $200.

Support with content planning and posting

Ava kept creating the material. FONCÉ helped with content plans and the preparation of posts, using her existing library alongside new shoots.

That support gave her a clearer plan for what to film next. Between shoots, our editors could prepare posts from footage she had already made, so publishing depended less on finding time to film something new each day.

A slower month was part of the story

Earnings rose in April, fell in May, then increased each month from June through August.

The marketing team continued testing edits through posts that fell flat. On Ava's OnlyFans page, we kept reviewing the content plans and prices as fans responded to the changes. Ava kept filming from those plans and bringing her own personality to social videos.

Start with the part of your account that keeps getting stuck

If your posting schedule falls apart between shoots, take another look at the footage you already have. Ava's editors found room to publish more often by returning to existing material and changing how they used it.

If people visit your account but earnings stall, look at the offers they find there. Consider whether the content supports the price, and how existing fans might respond to a change. Ava's experience shows why that transition deserves attention.
